How Ram managed to pull 777 horsepower from the new SRT TRX’s Hellcat engine
How Ram managed to pull 777 horsepower from the new SRT TRX’s Hellcat engine still doesn’t fully make sense. It’s too much power, maybe too much show, but that’s how it goes. A truck like this shouldn’t exist, but then again, it feels like it had to. You start thinking what anyone would even use it for. Doesn’t matter really, it’s just fun knowing it’s out there.
Ram 1500 TRX

Feels wild right away, heavy and loud in a way that feels planned. Starts with a noise that shakes everything around it. Nobody needs this much, but that’s exactly why it’s great. Moves in bursts, kind of chaotic but confident. When quiet, still feels like it’s waiting.
Dodge Charger Hellcat

Loud for the sake of it, which is fine. Every pedal press feels like overdoing it. The kind of car that doesn’t apologize for existing. Feels outdated but that’s part of what makes it fun. I think it’s too much, but that’s the charm, really.
Dodge Challenger Hellcat

Wider than it needs to be, exactly what it should be. Not fast in a modern way but still faster than you expect. Every drive feels a little unsafe but exciting. Holds on to its past proudly. The grin it causes might last longer than the fuel.
Jeep Grand Cherokee Trackhawk

Fast and confused, never sure what it wants to be. Sounds like anger with leather seats. Soft one minute, roaring the next. You realize halfway through a drive that it has personality, which maybe isn’t good in a luxury car. Hard to stay mad at though.
Cadillac Escalade V

Big and bright, like a building that moves. The sound alone makes people stare, I think that’s what it’s for. When you drive it, feels like you shouldn’t bother explaining why. Heavier than it looks, though that’s saying something. Everything about it feels extra.
Ford F-150 Raptor R

Rough in a good way. Moves across things like it’s daring them to stop it. The steering fights you sometimes, but gently. Feels like shouting in the desert would fit right in. Kind of silly, but hard not to enjoy while it’s happening.
Chevrolet Camaro ZL1

Feels heavier than it should but doesn’t care. Engine noise replaces conversation. You start trusting it too fast. The seats fit tight, the road feels closer than usual. There’s chaos under control, though not by much.
Ford Mustang Dark Horse

Looks too polished to act wild, but it still does. The power feels like it’s waiting for a bad decision. Not graceful, not quiet either. Every drive turns into something unplanned. Makes you forget time a little, though maybe not in a good way.
Chevrolet Corvette Z06

Sharp lines, sharp everything really. No subtlety anywhere. Fast enough to make your thoughts slow down for a second. It’s a little much but that’s expected. Sitting in it feels serious, even when you’re doing nothing.
Ram 2500 Power Wagon

Built for things you’ll probably never do. Moves slow but steady, kind of proud about it too. When you’re driving, the world feels smaller, maybe slower. It’s not trying to prove anything. That helps somehow, I think.
GMC Sierra Denali Ultimate

Big truck that hides how big it is until you park it. Feels fancy but not delicate. Every control feels heavy, on purpose. I think it tries to act humble, but not very well. Still, people seem to like pretending they need it.
